The Pulp & Paper Division is hiring for future opportunities within our four Pulp and Paper Mills located out of Saint John and St. George, New Brunswick that produce a combined 1 Million tonnes of Product and employ over 1000 employees.

The Opportunity:
Maintenance Leaders provide leadership and coordination to the maintenance department. They oversee mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance, and the staff employees of these disciplines will report directly into these roles. They are responsible for maintaining regular communication within all mill departments, ensuring work aligns with standards, specifications and schedules, and the mill maintenance activities are aligned to the model maintenance processes.
They are also responsible for applying a continuous improvement mindset regarding productivity, quality and safety and provide support and leadership on initiatives such as capital projects and mill shutdowns. In addition, they are responsible for developing and maintaining maintenance budgets, achieving KPIs, people development and project management.
