We currently have an exciting opportunity within our operations for a


 You will be responsible for process engineering, quality assurance and testing lab(s). Constantly looking for continuous improvement opportunities, you are a self-starter, and think outside the box. You have strong interpersonal skills and promote safe work practices. You demonstrate problem solving abilities and demonstrate initiative and flexibility.


  • Education Required:
    • Working towards a Chemical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree and in good academic standing
  • Years of Experience Required: <2 years

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide technical support and services to the Operations department.

•Provide process engineering services as part of improvement projects across the site.

•Process monitoring and data analysis to identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost.

•Monitor effluent characteristics and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

•Participate in troubleshooting of process, environmental and operational issues.

This position will be based out of one of our 4 mill locations.There are 3 mills located in Saint John NB and the 4th is located approximately 45 minutes outside of the city in Lake Utopia NB. Each student is responsible to provide their own reliable form of transportation to and from work.
