We are a family-owned and operated company that has grown to become one of North America's leading manufacturers of household paper products.  Irving Tissue produces both branded and private label bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, and napkins.  Consumers know us by our Scotties® Facial Brand.  Our manufacturing facilities are located in Fort Edward, NY, Toronto, Ontario, Dieppe, New Brunswick and Macon, Georgia.


Irving Tissue is seeking multiple permanent, full-time Logistics Operators for future opportunities. The successful candidate will have a "Can Do" attitude, is passionate about achieving results and driving improvement.




  • Operate mobile equipment with precision and safely within a production facility
  • Remove recyclable materials from the production line and deliver to the appropriate destination
  • Complete regular check list reports for both forklift safety and list of duties
  • Report any mechanical or other problems relating to mobile equipment via forklift inspections report or other mediums
  • Work with a team of employees which include logistics, production, and maintenance
  • Contribute to safety by maintaining the warehouse and production area in a neat
  • Remove raw material waste and dispose in compacting equipment



  • Education Required: High School Diploma or GED or Trade Certification
  • Years of Experience Required: <2 years
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including experience working with tools and /or equipment 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as a team member
  • High degree of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organized and have demonstrated the ability to multi-task
  • Ability and willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts, which include nights and weekends

  • Wage range of $15.00 - $17.00/hour depending on experience, qualifications and professional certifications.
