We currently have an opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst in Saint John, N.B. 


The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 3 pm-11 pm.

 

The JDI IT Service Desk is the front face of the IT Division to the business.  It represents JDI IT through demonstrated ownership and accountability.  This high energy, fast paced, dynamic team takes pride in offering strong technical support combined with a commitment to excellent customer service.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education Required: Associate's Degree
  • Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years
  • High energy
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues through to resolution
  • Experience in customer support in a service desk environment would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and other Office applications would be considered an asset
  • ITIL Foundations or working knowledge an asset
  • Bilingualism is also an asset ( French/ English)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident logging, triage, resolution, escalation, and communication in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Manage all information technology inbound requests through phone or email for the J.D. Irving Ltd, group of companies
  • Provide exceptional service as the face of JDI IT to all internal Customers and partners
