We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.

Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service you will provide full scale administrative services to JDI Recruiters and HR Business Partners including:

  • Post jobs as per requested sourcing plan.
  • Create and maintain applicant records.
  • Schedule & facilitate pre-employment assessments & checks
  • Conduct final applicant record quality checks.
  • Support period end and quarterly reporting as required.
  • Respond to candidate & recruiter inquiries and issues.
  • Provide support for Talent Acquisition improvement initiatives.
  • Actively manage our social media account's analytics & reviews
The specific qualifications for this role include:
  • Education Required: Diploma in Office Management or Business Administration
  • 2-5 years of similar work experience is an asset
  • Bilingual communication skills in French and English is an asset.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level required, Advanced preferred).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo) considered a strong asset.
  • Customer focused individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.
