Pricing Administrator

RST Industries is a recognized leader in safe, efficient tank transportation specializes in the transport of chemicals, petroleum, and black product throughout Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Quebec and the eastern United States. In addition to delivering bulk products in line with top tier industry standards, RST also provides emergency response and training services throughout Atlantic Canada. 

RST is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Pricing Administrator. The successful applicant is responsible for updating and maintaining pricing tables within current operating systems as well as working closely with operations and sales and marketing on expiring rates/contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain rate/FSC tables within current operating systems.
• Manage expiring tables proactively to ensure our systems are current
• Respond to prospective customers for spot quotes.
• Create and implement pricing analyses for senior leadership review and pricing strategy evolution.
• Develop proposal templates and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge/experience in the transportation Industry.
• Familiar with pricing analytics and optimization; margin profitability.
• Experience with large, organizations preferred - demonstrated ability to work with teams within and outside of direct control is a must.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• College diploma, working experience 2-5 years.
