Universal Truck and Trailer is Atlantic Canada's largest heavy duty truck and trailer dealership featuring the most up-to-date dealer service bays in Southern New Brunswick.

We are an authorized sales, service, parts & warranty dealership for Freightliner and Western Star Trucks. In addition, we service most makes and models for class 6, 7 and 8 vehicles, including luxury class RV's.


We focus on exceeding customer requirements through continuously developing our team and building technical capabilities.

We currently have an opening for our Dieppe location for a Part-time Administrative Assistant.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Human Resources
  • Consolidate and submit employee payroll
  • Support employee administrative needs such as booking travel, expense reports, etc.
  • Assist with employee and business events including trade shows
  • Coordinate recruitment through pre-screening and booking interviews
  • Assist with updating communication boards 

Office Administration
  • Support miscellaneous administrative functions such as ordering office supplies, filing, creating PO’s and printing and binding monthly financial statements
  • Manage customer online sites, respond and forward accordingly
  • Assist with preparing presentations 
  • Actively supports continuous improvement efforts

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent record keeping/attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multi task and function well under pressure
  • Effectively communicate, build rapport and relate well with other departments
  • Listens effectively
