Administrative Support - Office Environments


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales team
  • Purchase order processing
  • Sales order processing
  • Helping to manage vendor relationships
  • New vendor set up
  • Various reporting tasks

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven people skills with well developed listening and communication abilities
  • A Team Player who is very well organized and energetic
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
  • Very good detail and follow up skills
  • Previous experience working in the Office Furniture industry would be considered an asset
