Advertising Associate
The Advertising Associate will play a crucial role in the marketing department at Kent, the largest home improvement retailer in Atlantic Canada. They will oversee the coordination of print signage, digital flyers, graphic design for presentations, and digital signage templates. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure all advertising materials align with our brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print Signage Coordination:

Plan, create, and coordinate all print signage for in-store promotions, sales events, and special offers.

Work with vendors and print partners to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality signage.

Maintain an organized inventory of print signage materials and update as needed.
- Digital Flyer URL Linking:

Design and manage digital flyers that link directly to our website, ensuring all links are accurate and functional.

Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain landing pages for digital flyers.

Track and analyze the performance of digital flyers to optimize future campaigns.
- Graphic Design for Presentations:

Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for internal and external presentations.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop presentation materials that support sales and marketing initiatives.

Ensure all presentation graphics are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
- Digital Signage Templates:

Develop and maintain digital signage templates (ESLs) for use in-store.

Ensure digital signage content is current, relevant, and visually engaging.
Successful Candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar degree/certification with a focus in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with web development and URL linking is a plus.
