Appliance Sales Operations Coordinator will help keep our newest business moving. They enable all parties involved in an appliance sales to operate at their best. They play a vital role in key administrative functions with order management, customer communication, delivery operations, and other day-to-day activities that help our team succeed.

Responsibilities:

· General sales operation administration work for both professional contractor sales and retails sales including but not limited to order change(s) follow-up, appliance vendor claims, delivery partner liaison, reverse logistics oversight, and sales associate point of contact.

· Promptly completes ad hoc & daily tasks, inventory movements, sales

review, and schedules/reschedules certain deliveries & returns. 

· Communicates information and priorities to associates, and partners, and

ensures they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks

· Assists the Appliance Sales Manager with reporting, day-to-day

management, oversight, and performance management

· Handles associate and customer concerns in a fair and professional

manner

Requirements:

· University degree or 2 years’ experience in a related field

· Is organized and able to manage changing priorities 

· Safety mindset

· Change agent with ability to implement process improvement  

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Can handle confidential information in a way that builds trust

· Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis, reporting,

and problem solving

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
