B2B Pricing Specialist
The B2B Pricing Specialist will strategically look at all aspects of pricing across the company, looking for opportunities to leverage resources, and system functionality, to improve efficiencies, sales volumes, and profitability in the B2B segments.
Through your leadership your team will:
- · Work with the Senior leadership team on the contractor side of the business to develop strategies to improve profitability and overall efficiencies in B2B pricing strategies.
- · Accurately maintain the data for all B2B pricing strategies in D365.
- · Analyze competitive market data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize sales, pricing structures and profitability.
- · Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the corporate pricing strategy.
- · Develop measurement tools to identify trends and performance.
- · Perform margin and pricing analysis to support B2B business initiatives.
- · Proactively monitor the results of pricing decisions to determine whether re-evaluation is needed or not.
- · Work collaboratively across departments to communicate and implement various B2B pricing strategies.
- · Research and understand technology advancement in the industry and how they could potentially help the business.

- · Bachelor’s degree in Business would be considered an asset
- · 5 years of retail building material industry experience
- · Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
- · Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP system is considered an asset.
