Corporate Quality Student Co-op - Winter 2025 (4- or 8-Month Work Term)

The Corporate Quality Student Co-op will be based out of Toronto, Ontario (1551 Weston Road, M6M 4Y4). This is a temporary student position.

Job Requirements
- Education required: Engineering students available for a Winter/Summer co-op work term and in good academic standing; Chemical Engineering preferred
- Years of experience required: <2 years
- Enrolled in Engineering degree
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Meet or exceed strict deadlines
- Ability to analyze and communicate information effectively and accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:
- Understanding the company and the processes
- Applying best safety practices
- Developing standard work processes
- Conducting:
- Product analysis and reporting
- Measurement system analysis
- Statistical analysis
- Project will be assigned at beginning of term
- Improvement project to be completed by end of term
- Regular project updates expected
- Project presentation to stakeholders upon completion
What We Offer
- $25.75 - $27.40 per hour, depending on grade level
- Co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000, if eligible
