We are currently seeking applicants for the position of a Data & Web Analytics Support
Responsibilities
- Implements data models and algorithms as guided by data teams to enhance customer experience.
- Works with IT and Kent Data teams to understand findings, tweak model and algorithms to achieve desired results.
- Shares insights found in data, along with any deficiencies that need to be addressed
- Responsible for mining, retrieving, and monitoring data from CDP and/or Enterprise Data Lake using a variety of applications and tools
- Responsible for providing a data governance strategy for all data, including protection of PII (Personal Identifiable Information) data
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity and data is being transferred as intended
- Ensure the data life cycle is properly implemented and working as designed
- Work with internal teams to advance key reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics reporting dashboards, highlighting key insights and areas of importance in accordance with business KPI’s
- Consider business goals and objectives when making recommendations to the ecommerce and operation teams
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in IT, and or related field
- Hands on experience in data analytics tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, Google Analytics
- Understanding of data governance and management concepts
- Proactive, resourceful problem solver
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies and techniques
- Shares knowledge and expertise and works collaboratively as part of a team
