We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the role of Executive Assistant working with Chief Financial Officer at J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) at our head office location in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Administrative support to the CFO, Vice President Finance and Corporate Treasury -
Coordination of meetings and events -
Drafting of correspondence and presentations -
Scheduling of corporate travel -
Maintaining correspondence and performing related administrative tasks as required -
Demonstrate professionalism and high level of confidentiality
Qualifications and Experience:-
Post-secondary education required -
Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite -
Exceptional organization skills, detail-oriented -
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills -
Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team -
Able to multi-task and work in order of priorities -
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
