HRIS PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST

We currently have an opportunity for a Production Support Analyst in Saint John, NB, reporting to the HRIS Manager. The HRIS team supports payroll, benefits, and system related services to a group of our internal affiliated clients.

 

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for receiving inquiries and requests from end-users and troubleshooting to find a solution. You will work together with the end-users across the J.D. Irving, Limited group of companies, as well as Project and IT Leads to ensure day to day operations are running without issue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end users with first level business support of any Oracle HCM Cloud system issues.
  • Identify, recommend and document application/operation modifications or improvements.
  • Research, understand, and test system functionality during quarterly Upgrade cycles.
  • Maintain workflows, update as required.
  • Understand and update system configuration as required.
  • Document/update key processes relating to Security and Workflow.
  • Process System Access Requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Additional duties as required.


Successful Candidate will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for a new grad!
  • Expert MS Excel skills – formulas, data analysis, report writing ability.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance. 
  • High energy, adaptability and sense of urgency.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to focus on multiple tasks.
  • Flexible, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Willingness and interest to learn new functionality.
  • Human resources experience considered an asset.
