MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL – CAMPS AND LODGES
(SUMMER/FALL 2024)
J.D. Irving, Limited is currently seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Professional, to help maintain Fishing Lodges on the Restigouche River in Northern NB. The position starts in early June and will be seasonal ending in the late fall of 2024. A full-time extension may be possible for the right candidate.

· Location: Restigouche River – Kedgwick/Campbellton
- A term employment from June until November with possibility of extension.
- Work outdoors in one of the province’s most scenic areas
- Manage and complete different tasks, daily.
· Minimum of 18 weeks employment
The Job:
- Working as a team player, maintaining the sites where we operate
- Interacting and maintaining positive public relations with guests
- Various maintenance activities as required, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical.
- Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained where we operate.
- Managing a schedule and purchasing supplies
- Ability to be flexible and travel to remote locations.
Your Qualifications:
- Customer Focused
- Outgoing
- Red Seal trades welcomed
- Knowledge/skills in all trades, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical
- Work may be required on evenings and weekends.
- Motivated to work with minimal supervision.
- Committed to top performance in a safe work environment.
- Willing and able to work remotely.
· Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Team player
