Our manufacturing facilities are located in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Toronto, Ontario, Fort Edward, New York, and Macon, Georgia.


Reporting to the Plant Manager of the facility and the Vice President of Human Resources, this Managerial position encompasses all of the key Human Resource functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all HR fundamentals and HR processes for the site. This role is key in driving a high performance culture and fostering and promoting our Leadership Behaviors.



  • Facilitate and drives organizational development initiatives by working with the leadership teams to meet organizational goals
  • Act as Key Business Partner for the plant site and involved in Operations Leadership Team
  • Ensure that various HR programs are effectively delivered, including: performance management, capability development, employee engagement, disability management, onboarding and other programs
  • Lead engagement activities
  • Oversee and lead legal compliance
  • Work with the recruitment team to lead standard recruitment and succession plans for the site
  • Provides guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure HR fundamentals/HR processes are delivered on time with the highest quality standards
  • Some travel will be required


  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Human Resources preferred
  • Years of Experience Required: 7-10 years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and coach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities
