We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities:
- Manage driver schedules to improve equipment productivity.
- Coordinate and re-align dispatch shifts to provide 24-7 coverage for customers.
- Schedule and coordinate vacation coverage of drivers to reduce customer service impacts.
- Work in conjunction with maintenance to improve preventative maintenance schedule of all assets.
- Subject matter expert for TMW Operating systems.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize system and personnel to deliver top tier customer service.
- Coaching and training of new and existing drivers on systems.
- Manage and drive KPI improvement plans at operating level.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must demonstrate and encompass the ability to resolve conflict.
- Appropriate knowledge of safety & compliance, federal labor laws and federal safety codes.
- Analytical skills.
- Creative Thinking.
