Do you like to travel?  If so, the Team Leader of Campus Recruitment is the position for you!


With a projected hiring of over 2,500 students in the next 3 years, this role is critical to achieving our goal of being the ‘Employer of Choice’ at post-secondary schools and universities in Atlantic Canada and beyond.  Responsibilities to achieve this goal include:

  • Designing and implementing initiatives to grow JD Irving, Limited campus brand.

  • Strengthening relationships with existing educational partners and seeking opportunities to develop new partnerships to meet the growing workforce needs of the business.

  • Ensuring the student recruitment process is efficient and effective and provides an exceptional experience for all candidates.  Leveraging best practices in the industry to optimize our student talent acquisition and the internal student talent review.

You are customer focused, approachable and easily build relationships with all levels of stakeholders and are always looking to improve the way things are done.  Specific qualifications for this career opportunity include a post-secondary degree in a relative field of study, 2 to 5 years of professional work experience, with a preference to recruitment experience or working with Post-Secondary Institutions, and a track record for bringing forward new and creative solutions and constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes.
