Based out of our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick we are currently seeking an Employee Benefits Specialist to work as part of our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.
As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you provide excellence in benefits support to employees including education throughout the employee life cycle as well as responding to individual inquiries. You will identify improvement opportunities to ensure we are continuously improving our service.

The Role
- Provide a positive experience for benefits orientation and support services to employees across the JDI organization
- Provide benefits education virtually and in person
- As a team, identify and design effective education strategies and materials
- Work collaboratively with our JDI Human Resources Community
- Support annual benefits enrollment activities
- Ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Leverage technologies to provide effective and efficient customer service
Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to facilitate and educate effectively in-person and virtually. Previous experience in adult education or facilitation an asset.
- CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation is considered an asset
