We are currently seeking candidates for the position of HR Client Services Representative to join our team.
As a HR Client Services Representative with J.D. Irving, Limited, you will work as part of the HR Shared Services Organization, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. As a member of the team, you will provide a superior customer experience to our internal customers, and stakeholders across various business sectors.
Qualifications:
- Education Required: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience Required: <2 years
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and previous Microsoft Office experience
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, multi deadline, team oriented environment
- Detail oriented with a genuine career interest in the area of HR, payroll, and benefits
- Sense of urgency and ownership over assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day activities needed to ensure systems are maintained by validating and entering new & updated information with guaranteed accuracy & timely completion
- Reconcile employee data to ensure all systems are in sync with HCM Cloud
- Process daily HR, Payroll, and Benefits transactions as directed
- Systems maintained include but not limited to HR (HCM Cloud & ELM), time (Kronos), payroll (JD Edwards & ADP), Blue Cross, using Sharepoint and MS Excel, etc.
- Provide filing/scanning & general document support services
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure efficiency & accuracy of the data
- Fold/Distribute/mail check stubs & scale slips as needed
- Back up to Client Services as required
