Engineering Manager
Responsible for overseeing the Engineering Department. Accountable for all capital equipment installations, building modifications and upgrades, overall day-to-day engineering operations, and long-term asset planning.

•Manage Engineering Department (team of engineers and interns). Ensure budget, quality and schedule targets of all capital projects are met. |

•Responsible for the long-term capital planning for the site. Includes managing the current capital budget and maintaining the 3-year capital plans for the site. |
|
•Development and controlled spending of overhead budgets and Capital projects. As a member of senior management, contribute to and lead initiatives for cost reduction, employee and food safety, employee engagement, and future planning. |

•Address any food safety and quality problems as they arise; report those issues that are outside of your area of responsibility or expertise to personnel with authority to initiate corrective measures. •Active participant in daily operations |
